MMA & Kickboxing
We provide training for fighters as well as for self defense and fitness. All sessions are taught by high level fighters.
– One Session – $60
– Monthly (5 Sessions) – $225

Kids & Adults Karate
Shidokan Karate taught by 3x World Champion Richard Trammell.
– Mon, Wed, Fri, Sat – 12:00pm-1:00pm (Adults)
– Mon, Tue, Wed, Thurs – 5:00pm-6:00pm (Kids)
– Cost: $125/month

Judo/BJJ/Grappling
If you’re looking to improve your takedowns for judo, wrestling, BJJ, and MMA or transitions from standing to the ground – this is the place to do it!
For one on one sessions, the prices are:
– One Session – $60
– Monthly (5 Sessions) – $225
– Monthly (10 Sessions) – $300
For classes, consider joining judo.

Other Sports
Need to improve your agility, speed, and balance? We tailor workouts to your sport or activity. We’ve worked with athletes from basketball to volleyball to ballet with excellent results.

Bootcamps
Want to work out with your friends or make some new? Join a themed bootcamp or start your own. Contact us for more details.
I signed up for bootcamp with Josh to complement my work out routine and I have been extremely happy with the sessions! Josh keeps the work outs challenging but fun, keeps you motivated without being in your face and really targets the exercises to your personal goals – for me, that means incorporating volleyball moves since that is my primary sport.
